Design project is a retail outlet in a new commercial retail space located in a trendy area in Kelowna, BC. The clientele are young urban professionals mostly in the 20 - 50 years of age. The owners have asked you to establish their “trendy image” as their first flagship location.
The owners have developed a marketing strategy to pursue growth within the Okanagan and extend into the trendy market areas of Vancouver, Calgary and Victoria within the corporation’s first year.
The conceptual idea must support a variety of demographics and potential continental locations, with a very clear statement of the “boutique” name, visual branding and corporate signature utilizing a corporate logo, graphics and distinctive presentation and merchandizing style.
