Everywhere sq inch of this 2700 sq ft two story home was utilized. The modern stainless steel and high gloss white kitchen was softened by using a natural material like the butcher block raised bar. At first glance the kitchen might appear on the small side but when opening the tall cabinetry to the left of the fridge, exposes a large walk-in pantry. Due to limited space, we had to get creative with appliance placement, which included a built-in coffee pull-out, microwave drawer in the island and a mini fridge built in under the stairs.
The three-bedroom home included two and a half baths, a large laundry room and an office. We also utilized the latest in smart home technology with a whole home control 4 system, which allows the user to control items like the HVAC system, security system, motorized shades, audio/video systems and more all convenience from a smart phone or the integrated touch screens.
Large windows were used to maximize the view of the green belt where you could catch a glimpse of local wild life on a daily basis. Since there was restriction of yard space, we created a roof top oasis using clear cedar for the bulk of the finishing’s.
